Which business systems can Sharespine sync with Mondido?

They can retrieve payment information from Mondido and sync it to the following systems: Fortnox, Visma Administration, Visma eEkonomi, Visma eAccounting, Visma net. Read more about how it works here.

Do all payment methods work with Mondido? (What happens if, for example, we add new ones, do these also work?)

Sharespine does not differentiate between payment methods as long as they receive information that allows them to match against created orders/invoices.

Do refunds sync?

Yes, Sharespine can retrieve payment information for refunds and sync this against credit orders/invoices.

Are captures synced if the customer initially only authorized the payment?

No, the integration only retrieves payment information from Mondido.

Are payouts from different redeemers synchronized? Card, Bank, Swish, etc.

Sharespine reads and manages the information that comes via Mondido. They do not handle information about the actual payout that lands in your bank account.

Is everything fully automated or does it require some manual input from the merchant?

It is automated, what is required is some configuration e.g. with revenue account against business system. This is configured with the help of a technician at Sharespine.
